Joining the success of Future Leader Congress 1.0, and 2.0 held last year, we are honored to present you the Global Leader Congress 2024 in Bangkok , Thailand. This year, we bring up themes “Become the World Changemakers”. Forbes stated how today application of Industry 4.0 seems giving a big dilemma to many business and cases regarding its visibility. Yet it’s not stop exploring. Opportunities identification by sensor system, Robotics, 3d Printing, Clouds, etc are the examples of where connected data gives a whole complex yet efficient system for industry. It’ll be soon that this industry will grow faster than a baby who learn to walk. As today youth, our biggest challenge is to excel every skills needed and to figure out future opportunity along with the impact. However, having an advanced industry will bring along its effect. Moreover to our generation and our environment. It’s our duty to prevent the worst effect without delaying the development of the era.
Answering the challenge of the Era, Global Leader Congress 3.0 will present a combination of International Conference with experts, Youth symposium for personal skills development, and Leader Speech to tackling down global issues and present a solution idea. All of the delegates will improve their individual skills, widen their vision and network, to deepen their intellectuality as tools to conquer global challenges in Industry 6.0.

All of our delegates will receive a question with specific topic related to Industry 4.0 and its challenge to be discussed in a country-based group. One representative of the group will deliver a speech representing their country’s response.
Global challenges in Industry 4.0 will be split into 3 clusters; Entrepreneur, Social and Environment, and Politics. All of delegates will form a group based on their cluster preference (final decision will be decided by Committee). Each group will be challenged to analyze and break down a related issues and to propose an applicable solution in Industry 4.0.
Personal development is one of a must to-do list for Youth. As tomorrow challenge is predictable yet unpredictable at the same time. The ability to keep growing and improving every aspect of individual potentials is need by each future leader. As a leader who will give command, a good quality of public speaking is also important. This training session will give to the basic yet the most crucial aspect on how to improve personal and public speaking skills.
Global Leaders Congress aims to connect all of youth from diverse countries and to build a global network, diplomatic dinner offer you a platform to share individual ideas, vision, and mission vice versa. On the Awarding Session, The Best Idea, Best Leader, Best Delegates, will be revealed and receive an Award.
